Yes, once your items have been placed in your basket at the checkout you will be required to register your details in order to finalise your order. As of September 2025, we launched our new website. If you’re purchasing for the first time since September 2025, you will need to create a new account when placing your first order. Registering is quick and easy, and once done, you’ll be able to manage all of your transactions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team.
You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order (please also check your junk email if not received).
You can Login to your account and you will find all your order details. Please note, this will only contain orders placed from September 2025 onwards.
You will still be able to purchase the items, which will then be placed on ‘back order’ (this will be clearly marked on the invoice provided) and despatched to you automatically as soon as it is back in stock. You will only be charged for delivery once, regardless of how many parcels are sent out.
